technical service for many years. Key technical members bring 17 to 22 years of industry
experience, with expertise
covering mechanical design, electro-hydraulic servo control, CNC systems, intelligent
bending and automation.

Leadway applies quality control from incoming inspection and frame fabrication to assembly,
calibration and final
testing. Integral stress-relief heat treatment reduces residual stress in the machine frame,
helping maintain structural
stability and bending accuracy during long-term operation. Before delivery, each press brake
undergoes accuracy,
positioning, safety and bending-performance checks. Under specified test conditions, bending
accuracy can reach ±0.1 mm.
Our engineers review customer drawings, materials, workpiece dimensions, accuracy requirements and production volumes to assist with machine and configuration selection.
